Questions
Do my clients need an account to book?
No. Like the leading booking tools, your clients book as guests: they choose a service and a time, enter their name and email, and get an instant confirmation with a private link to reschedule or cancel. There is nothing to download and no password to remember. If you want, you can invite regular clients to an optional portal where they see all their appointments in one place.
Is it worth it for a freelancer or one-person business?
Yes. The Starter plan is built for solo professionals: one booking page, your own hours and holidays, automatic reminders and self-service rescheduling. Most solo users set it up in under ten minutes and stop spending evenings answering "are you free on Thursday?" messages.
Will it fit my kind of business?
Very likely. When you sign up you choose your type of business, for example barbershop, hair salon, spa, clinic, dental practice, physiotherapy, personal training, tutoring, consulting, photography, pet grooming, car wash or tattoo studio, and we prepare matching sample services, wording such as "Barbers" or "Patients", booking rules and booking questions. You can then change your booking page colour, headline, welcome text and booking policy, group your services, and add your own questions such as "Pet's name" or "Car model".
What happens if two people try to book the same time?
Only one of them gets it. Every booking is checked again at the moment it is saved, including the team member, the room or equipment and any buffer time, so double bookings cannot happen, even when clients book at the same second.
Can one booking reserve a person and a room at the same time?
Yes. A service can require a room or piece of equipment from a category, such as "Treatment room" or "Ultrasound". The scheduler only offers times when a qualified team member and a free item from that category are both available.
How do reminders work?
You choose when reminders go out, for example 24 hours and 2 hours before. Email reminders are included in every plan; WhatsApp and SMS reminders are sent only to clients who opted in, within your plan's monthly message allowance.
Can clients cancel at the last minute?
Only within the rules you set. You decide how many hours before an appointment clients may cancel or reschedule online; after that, they are asked to contact you directly. Cancelled times go straight back on your booking page so someone else can take them.
Which time zones and currencies are supported?
Every workspace has its own time zone, 12 or 24-hour clock and date format. Prices can be shown in around 55 currencies, and your subscription can be billed in a different currency from the one you charge clients in.
Who owns the data, and is it private?
You do. Client details are only visible to your team, every change is recorded in an activity log, and one click downloads a full backup of everything as spreadsheet files. If a client asks to be forgotten, you can erase their personal details while keeping anonymous statistics.
Can I change plan or cancel later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the billing page, with no contract and no cancellation fee. If you stop, your workspace becomes read-only and you can still export all your data.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace starts with a free trial of the full product, and no card is required. Add a card only when you decide to continue.
