1. The service

Keyhold is provided by ("we"). It lets property managers and owners ("customers") track maintenance requests with their tenants and vendors. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity in your workspace. Customers are responsible for the people they invite and for having a lawful basis to add their tenants' and vendors' details.

3. Free trial and subscriptions

New workspaces get a 14-day free trial without a card. After that, a paid plan is needed to keep managing requests. Plans are billed monthly in advance, in the currency you choose at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude taxes such as VAT or GST unless stated; where applicable, tax is added at checkout.

4. Changes and cancellation

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the Billing page. Plan changes are prorated. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments already made aren't refundable except where required by law.

5. Your data

You own the content you put into your workspace. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy. You can export it at any time. We may suspend a workspace for non-payment or breach of these terms, and will give notice where reasonable.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, upload malicious code, or try to access other customers' data or disrupt the service.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it's provided "as is" and we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features over time.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by . If you're a consumer, you keep any rights given by the laws of your country.
