The service

Guestwise lets organisers create digital invitations, collect replies and manage guest lists.

Your responsibilities

Only invite people who expect to hear from you. Do not use the service for spam, unlawful content or to collect data you are not entitled to. You are responsible for the content of your invitations and for any gift or payment details you display — money sent by guests goes directly to the accounts you show and never passes through us.

Payments

Event Pass and Event Plus are one-time payments for a single event. The Vendor plan renews monthly until cancelled, or runs for the prepaid period. If something does not work as described, contact support@diagnostack.cloud within 14 days for a refund review.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Keep an export of important guest lists.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.
