Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Business Utility Hub. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your business.

The service

We provide online tools for processing PDF, image and spreadsheet files. Check important results before relying on them; you are responsible for the files you upload and must have the right to process them. We work to keep it available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and make sure the people you invite do the same. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for having a lawful basis for any personal data in the files you upload. Do not upload unlawful content or use the tools to infringe others' rights.

Free trial and payment

The Free plan is free within its daily limits. Pro is a monthly subscription; if it ends, your account returns to the Free plan's limits. Plans renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send spam, break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to break its security. We may suspend workspaces that do.

Your data

You own the data you put in. You can export it at any time. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breach. You will have the chance to export your data.
