The message you send with the link matters as much as the invitation itself. Short, warm and personal messages get opened and answered; long blocks of text and bare links get ignored. - Send in the morning or after maghrib/dinner — avoid late nights.
- Send to the person who manages the family chat, and put the whole household on that invitation.
- Do not paste the same message into large groups; personal messages are far less likely to be ignored or reported as spam.
- Set the wording once per language under Send → Message wording; Guestwise fills in the name, date, deadline and link for each family.

Can each family receive a different language?
Yes. Set the language on each invitation; the WhatsApp message and the invitation page use that language.
Can I send by email or SMS instead?
Yes. Email sending is included from Event Pass; SMS opens your phone’s messaging app with the text prepared.
