Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of SME Business Operations Hub. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your business.

The service

We provide business administration software for documents, renewals and tasks. Reminders are an aid, not a guarantee: you remain responsible for meeting your own legal and contractual deadlines. We work to keep it available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and make sure the people you invite do the same. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for having a lawful basis for any personal data in the documents and records you upload.

Free trial and payment

New workspaces get a free trial without a card. After the trial, a paid plan is needed to keep making changes and receiving reminders; until then the workspace becomes read-only and your data remains available for export. Plans renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send spam, break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to break its security. We may suspend workspaces that do.

Your data

You own the data you put in. You can export it at any time. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breach. You will have the chance to export your data.
